U can give them a sweet Santa Claus soft toy...
If u feel its too kiddish then u can go to Ulta shop and get small make up kits for gals or purses, bags, jewellarys, fancy tops.. u'll get many for gals. Also there are varieties of sweaters available in old navy shop.
For guys I don't know. U can give them a gift card, they can anything of their choice. Or a T-shirt.

Yes, Go by a local Walgreens. There is a dispobal digital camera. They are only 10.00 dolars and have 260 pictures. They also hook to your computer.You can get them in Silver,Black,Blue,Pink, and Purple.

As you walk into any Wal-Mart, they usually have those machines that take quarters and have jewelry and small toys in the round plastic balls. Can't get much cheaper than that.

may be checking his or her personality, their interest might help.. or else create your own gift... any painting, greeting card.. whatever u can do... any craft piece...
or go to any gift shop... & select any cheap gift that u like... just dont think for second option :))
