i'm getting my period, and I've been getting really bad cramps in my butt. They hurt way more than stomach cramps. Are girls supposed to get cramps in their butt, or are they usually stomach cramps? This is the first time I had them. Any tips on how to get rid of them..?

I use this natural product called 'tang kuei plus' for my cramps. I started my period early in life and have suffered from god-awful cramps that would seriously, severely put me out of commission. As I got older the cramps lessened but still, bad is bad! And yes I did get those stupid cramps all in my butt area! Its hurts and it sucks!!! ;-(

I tried this product and I liked it!
I really hope you feel better sweetie.

You can find it at http://www.2ahealthysuccess-mall.com
If you go to contact us they will send you information on any of the products you like, that's how I found out more info after my sister told me about it! This helped me overall!

You can try the unthinkalbe: excercise , i know it may sound crazy but it does help sometimes for me, and use a heating pad were you hurt!

I wish you all the best, Happy New Year!

Well, I don't get cramps there, but I get them pretty much everywhere else Lol. I'd suggest maybe Midol? Or try taking a warm (not hot, it will make your period heavier) soothing bubble bath, or maybe a warm shower. Heating pads or hot water bottles will help as well. There's always the choice of asking your mother, too.

Hope I helped. Good luck.
