Are you honest when you answer questions?
Would you rather people be honest when answering or nice just to get 10 points that really aren't helping you because they are telling you what you want to hear?

I was honest about this persons song about how it needed alot of help. She said be honest and I was. Haha she flipped on me [ by answering my question ]
This is what she said:

Im honest and I don't give a flying frog hahha if its politically correct or what the popular opinion is on the issue Ill speak from the heart and the bible ;)

I like to be honest AND nice, and yes I'd report her because she asked you to be honest and your opinion is not wrong it's right for you. Then she insults you and that is against the rules. Maybe next time you are asked to be "honest", a more constructive approach may work better? Still, some people are not able to take constructive criticism. Good Luck!

I am honest with answers. and to tell the truth, I might want pts to go up to a higher level but truth is more important to me. and by the way, if the girl or that person asked you to tell the truth and you did, she should not get mad at that cuz you did what she asked you by being honest with the answer. I think she is overacting a little too much.

I am honest all the time! What you read is what you get! (I may leave out some things though.)
What bothers me is when people post things that are just mean and are meant to hurt/bash people. This happens a lot, especially in the Religion area.
I think people should be honest but what is the purpose of being just pain MEAN?

i think there is a thin line between honesty and just plain cruelty, and i think you might have just crossed it...by saying it sounded like the black eyed peas, you were just trying to give your honest opinion, which you are entitled to (by the way I agree, it did sound like it) but by saying you "hated" it and by putting the WHOLE song lyrics in the answer, I think you might have gone just a pinch too far, and although you didn't do anything particularly wrong, the person asking the question took it a bit too far. in the end, i think you should just be able to say your honest opinion, without being too strict or bashing about it...hope it helped:)

I do try to be honest, but I also try to take others feelings into consideration. I mean, after all, it is just my opinion if I think that they are ugly and they ask to be rated. I usually try to find something that I like and say "nice eyes" and leave what I don't like out. I especially am not cruel if I think it is a child who is asking the question.

im very honest. i'de rather they were honest or else there is no point in a untreuthful answer to a question. you were stating and opinion. She should be able to handle that. she doesnt even know you so why should she care. she should either take whatever advice she could get out of it or just leave it.

I'm always pretty honest; if you don't want the truth, don't post the question. You are asking for people's opinions - be ready to get them...we all have different ones; some good, some bad.

I always answer honestly I don't have a reason not to. i don't think you should report her. Just laugh it off and go on. She shouldn't have asked if she couldn't take it.
There is ways of being honest without being offensive. Not saying that you were.
