How do I beat this level in God Of War 2?

I am in the ruins of the forgotten.I am at the part where you tip over the three guys on the big stone things shooting arrows at you.I go into the little underground thing where there is a closed door and you have to step on the buttons on the ground.There is a body that is reaveld once you pull the lever to hold one button down but you have to stand on the button fartherest from the door and I cant figure out how to get through it before it closes so can anyone tell me how to do it.I got frustrated and stopped playing it a long time ago and just now picked it up and I really want to beat it.

There is a step-button in the center of the room, a partially-opened gate with a step-button on the left side, and a closed gate on the right. Look for the lever on the upper right side of the room and activate it to lower the gate on the right side. There is a dead body lying on the ground but don't grab it yet! Break open the wall next to the body to reveal a small waterway (eliminate the soldier). Go to the left gate (jump over the spikes) and break open the wall behind the gate to reveal another waterway. Now go back and grab the body on the right side and toss it into nearby the waterway. Head BACK to the waterway on the opposite side and wait for the body to appear. Quickly grab the body and place it on the step button to partially open the main gate. Now go to the center of the room and step on the button to open the main gate. Quickly head for the Save Point before the gate closes.
