pregnant, would it be the responsibility of the other woman
also to care for the child if she was involved in her
insemination?

Billyboy is a highly intelligent dude.
He understood exactly what I was
referring. In triple sex there are 3
people involved in the sex act.
Apparently most of you don't know
what goes on in a 3 some. It's given
we all know that women don't have
sperm but the sexual act that elicited
the transfer from the male to the
female may not necessarily be due
to the man's negligence l00%. True
all 3 were consenting to sex, and
all 3 taking the risk, but invision this
the 2nd female somehow promoting
the ejaculation of the males sperm
into the other female. Even if you
want to use the Turkey baster girls
concoction or whatever your mind
lead you, that's definitely proactive!

Remember: point the 2nd girl would 'nt
have gotten pregnant without the actions
of the lst girl!

Scott: A doctor artificially inseminating
a women to become pregnant is a
medical procedure, consent signed by
the patient acknowledging the act. He
is working in his legal boundaries. Also
the sperm donor isn't responsible either
just as the man in the threesome.

DUDE! You ROCK!

Interesting question. Probably not.

But how about this: What if female A got pregnant by female B use male A's sperm? Without going into much detail, I'm talking about female B inseminating female A orally after performing a particular sexual act on male A. Probably would still be the guy's responsibility since he was a willing participate in the process. But it sure would be fun and make an interesting story to NOT tell your kids about.

No. Takes male sperm for insemination. The other female was just there also and would not be responsible for the child that was conceived, that's on the male.
Now if both got pregnant, the male would be father to both children and they would be related through you so would be half brother or sister.

I would say no. A doctor who inseminates a woman with the sperm of her husband is not responsible to care for the child. Nor is the third party responsible, even though she was involved in the act of insemination.

In a threesome when all parties are consenting it is the responsibility of the girl pregnant and the male participant.
Even if a turkey baser is used, cause in a court of law it's the sperm and the women who conceived. Good luck!!!!!

Are you kidding? A woman cannot be held responsible for getting another woman pregnant. You cannot be serious? I hope not.

ahh, no. A woman can't get another pregnant, so it is of no consequence to her. It's all the man and the woman who's pregnant problem
