Because:
1. It is a traffic hazard
2. it empedes the flow of traffic
3. its might be cold outside
4. asfault is cold to the touch
5. it will cause rubber knecking
6. can cause accidents
7. b/cause you will see it on youtube the next minute
8. it may end up on America's funniest videos
and #9. Some passer by will ask for a turn at her after you are down with her...can you even remember her name?

i have done it in the road well my car was in the road i was inside the car
