I learned a great deal from being in WW2. When I came back I was a walking, talking "zombie" but I was surrounded with the kind of love which I never experienced again in my lifetime. My Mom and Dad and my three Sisters showered me with warmth, affection, trust, kindness, hope, understanding and friendship and together, they all helped me to pull myself back from the edge, and made me a whole person again.

Take a deep breath count to 10 and just remember why you were at the edge ...now go back and look at all the good things that you once had and know its still there.Take a step back from the edge walk backwards where things are still good and safe. I know I have seen the edge and it aint a pretty site. You sure dont want to go over the edge but come back to where life made you the happiest. Love of family, love of your closest friends will take you from looking over the edge.
