Jordan Staal is a good player right now but has the potential to be a great player, he has had a slow start to the season this year but if they were to put him and Crosby in the same line more often I think that it would help them both. GO PENS

Hello.
Jordan, eh, now theres a subject I speak alot of. Actually, I love the boy. =) The way he smiles after he finally scores just brightens my day. But I do believe he needs to step it up some. Last year he was sooooo much better. I don't know whats going on with him, but it's like he has his head up in the clouds and for some reason he just can't bring himself down, but every 12 games or so; he gets a lucky shot and scores.
What, right now he only has like 3 goals doesn't he? Well, he should be do doing MUCH better.
If the Pens decide to trade him ever; I'd say theyre crazy! The boy is 19 years old, younger than most hockey players. He's still a kid, give him time. If they keep him, I could see him, Crosby and Malkin leading the Pens to the Stanley cup in a few years...He just has to step it up ALOT and soon. We all know what he's capable of doing.

Why only Pens fans? I cant like the way Staal plays the game, because I am a Wings fan? I think the guy is a better all arounf player than Malkin is. But what do I know, I am not a Pens fan.

I like Jordan Staal alot. He is great on the penalty kill and has awesome moves to get around the defense. His scoring has been down a lil bit this year, from last year, but he is very good on the line with Petr Sykora and Tyler Kennedy. And I just got his jersey for x-mas

He is great! He can play with Malkin or Crosby. If anyone doubts him in the great trio, you must think that they are crazy. Anyway, Jordan will one day become better than his older brother and be the best one day! Is that clear?

He may not be putting up teh points liek last year, but I think he is playing better than last year.
He is taking the puck up the ice and beating players to gain the zone.
He still has to get used to his size, but he has the hands to go far in this league.

He needs to step up his game and contribute more this year. He seems to be mired in a sophomore slump.
