and it is mostly about small things like not cleaning up after they eat or something like that. Once, my mom got so angry so threw her mug to my dad's feet. Is there anything to help them not fight so much?

Consider first and foremost that it doesn't mean that you parents don't love each other. Everyone has to deal with stress and how to manage it as well. If it troubles you, it would be best to take the time to sit both you parents down and tell them how you feel and what worries you. Realize

1) that you are not responsible for the actions or words of others & 2) Not to get involved in their arguments

Sit them both down and let them know exactly how you feel.
Tell them that you understand that their problems are theirs but that you don't like them fighting all the time. Let them know that you've seen them throw things at eachother and you don't want things to get worse. It's hard I've been on both sides and sometimes as adults we don't understand that our kids are watching us and listening to us. My little girl let me know how she felt about me and her dad fighting about all those little things and the idea she gave me was setting up a chart. Mom cleans the table & dad washes dishes etc... Talk to them but don't forget no matter what THEY LOVE YOU.

It's your parents choice how they behave with each other. That's theirs to sort out; don't get in the middle of it.

But there's nothing wrong with your piping up and letting them know that their bickering makes it really unpleasant to be at home. You have to look out for your own sanity, too.

Tell them both how much it hurts you. You could buy them some boxing gloves and you can referee.
