OK so Im looking for a purse like 20 dollars and under and I want a neutral color. One that will go with eveything. Im thinking a light brown. I just need a versitle color. Anyway, I want a relaxed bag. I want it in the hobo bag fashion but not leather. I want it really relaxed looking. I want the fabric really loose and the shape of the purse changes by the weight inside. You know?
Where can I find it? I've seen it before but I don't know where they got it.

In your price range just about your only choice is to check discount stores or other lower end shops until you find a bag you like. You could probably find one Online, but the shipping would add to the price, which would be higher to begin with.

Have you tried TJ Maxx or Marshall's? I really like designer handbags, but do not think your budget will work....so check those places out.

aeropostale has those type of purses, they com in like a khaki fabric and a courdoroy fabric.
