Listen my definition of a friend is that someone that is going to be there no matter what for you. To lend an ear or just to be silly with. A true friend is a person that you do not need to see all the time, even years can go by, or not even talk to on the phone, or be on two different coast. A dear friend would not say why you did not call or this or that, they will be happy that you think of them once in awhile or see them. People have acquittance and not a real true friend. A true friend would be there through thick and thin no matter what happens,. I can say that I only have a couple of friends.
I always tell my 8 year old that you have casual friends but not a true friend. I tell her friends come and go. But if they are your true friends they stay with her

One can never have too many friends, but it depends on whether you're a one-on-one type or someone who likes to hang out with a crowd.

with a friend u can tell them everything and theyll listen and they could tell u anything and ull listen, friends have each others back till theend, if ur like is on the _____ line and so is theres, those r only the few resons to have at least one friend

I know I need my friends to talk to and to do things with.
Its good to have friends, especially one you can depend on.
If you have ONE good friend that you can depend you are very lucky!!

I don't. I don't like having friends anymore. I got burned twice by two different people. I refuse to try to make anymore friends or keep anymore friendships. I have my family and acquaintances...it's all I need!
