Is there a chance to grow taller?

im only 16, do you think that I will still grow a little more in the next few years?

ummmm well im only 5 2 and all i can say if every one grows at their own pace like i just had a growth spurge like this year so other then that i really dont know but a good way to find out how tall your gonna be is look at how tall ur parents are your probably gonna be some where in betwhen your mom and dad

Well, yes because you don't stop growing until you are 18 years old. Its partly due to genetics and the environment. If I were you, I would drink as much Fortified Vitamin D milk as possible. Vitamin D is important, you can get this from Vitamins but sometimes they put it in the milk. It helps the calcium go into your bones. Drink alot of milk but try to stay away from the fat :) Good luck Tall girl!

How tall do you want to be? If your parents are short, it is most likely that you will be short too. Our height is based on genetics. I don't know how tall you want to be, but I guess so if your parents are of average or tall. You can grow 2 inches taller depending on the heights of your parents.

sure i mean my older sister is 16 and she is still growing and she is 5,11
im supposed to hit alot of grow spurts at 16 or 17 cause im 14 and only 5,3 o.o
