Hmmmm...........someone wants to pay more than you are asking for the item, and wants it shipped to Africa? Common sense would seem to suggest that this is indeed a scam. Remember the old saying - "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is". Be wary, my friend!

Absolutely. Report it immediately.

This type of scam works by taking advantage of a flaw in the way Cashier's Checks work...

Basically, the guy will send you a fake check, you will send him merchendise (and in some cases, he will ask you to send him/his relative the money that he sends that is over the amount the item is actually sold for.), and by the time you realize the check is bad, your money is gone.

He may also be trying to get your account number or other things...

Basically, if you get something that sounds strange and is in broken english, ignore it. The reason he has good feedback is because this kind of scam is performed by groups of scammers.

Hope this helps.

Ummmm....... Probably a scam. Dont trust the delivery. Also, from my experience, you dont need a transfer of ownership document for puppies. On that I could be wrong but Im almost certain it wouldnt cost $180.

yes, I got the same response for something I posted on CraigsList - I looked it up and it has something to do with the money clearing somewhere quicker so you are left with nothing -- I dont know how it works out, but yes it is a scam

If you have the suspicion that it is a scam then it usually is. Always go with your gut instinct.
