Because of my cracked, bleeding lips I had to stop working the streets because I keep leaving evidence on my clients.

I live in the North and it happens every year. It is dry here and gets worse with the cold. I use lip balm a couple of times a day. Some lip balms like carmex actually make it worse rather than better. I agree Burt's Bee's lip balm is really good.

You need to coat your lips in Burt's Bee's and a warm washcloth for about 5 minutes twice a day. It helps, believe me.Oh,and also carry around chapstick, or Hawaiian tropics stuff and apply it every time you bite or prod at your lips. Also when you feel them cracking. In about of few days you will SEE the results. You will FEEL them the first time you do the "Burt's Bee's Treatment".Carmex works too without the other stuff, but it stings and it takes a week to clear up.Cheaper though.

I didnt yawn, but I rubbed them with my finger and they cracked and bleed a tiny bit. I usually keep them pretty coated in lip balms and glosses to prevent it. I have dry lips year round of I dont.

None. I stay hydrated and if I feel my lips start to get dry, I use Blixtex or this awesome Victoria's Secret lip gloss.

Zero. Is that really a problem for you?
You need to drink an ounce of water for every pound of lean body mass, twice a day.
I said lean body mass - so it can't be that much water for you.
Neosporin Lip Treatment works the best.
