That's roughy 16,000 days I have been alive since I was born...
(You're "estimate" is wildly exaggerated WAY too high, given the years you spent as a "pre-virgin," the fact that you don't have sex every day, and the fact that you're not "doing the math..." There are 365 days in the year...how many days have you been alive? Take your age...multiply it by 365...and that is how many days you've ever lived...and unless you've been having sex ever since you were born on an almost every other day average...
...you can easily see how your estimate is grossly exaggerated too damn high...

Let's say we started at 16
It is like 1 times a month and that would make 12 /year
18 to 20
It is like 2 times a month and that would make 24 /year
which is 48 for 2 years
21 to 25
It is like 3 times a month and that would make 36 /year
which is 180 for 5 years
26 to 36 (married)
It is like 4 times a month and that would make 48 /year
which is 480 for 10 years
37 to 55
It is like 2 times a month and that would make 24 /year
which is 456 for 19 years
55 to 65
It is like 1 times a month and that would make 12/year
which is 120 for 10 years
So average would be like
12 + 48 + 180 + 480 + 456 + 120 = 1296 times
If the average person age is 70 and the active life
for sex is say around 35 years. let's put we do it every
3 days.
35 x 365 / 3 = 4258 times
This is calculated that you are never sick and never had a
any sort disagreement with your wife or your girlfriend or whatever...
So I would safely put it like 3000 times per lifetime is logic enough..
10000 times is too much...
10000/365 = 27 years of non stop sex...!!!

Interesting. I've been married for 45 years. Let's assume an average of twice a week, that's 4,680 times. That also equates to 4,680 cigarettes and 10 minute naps.
Now, before marriage, about 50 times.
So, I'd guess about 4,730 times total.
