Asians tend to be rude at times, a lot of times it has to do with the differences in their culture. They do things like not wanting to touch a customers hand when handing them the money, very weird. I've heard that they tend to be that way towards dark skinned people more so than whites. Whether they are racist who can say, but actions speak louder than words.

Sure, why not? Whoever said it would be racist to suggest that a chinese person could be racist is ridiculous. Anyone can be racist. In fact, Asians as a culture are some of the most racist people in the world. They often hate other asian peoples who are not from the same country.
Trust me, hatred knows no bounds. You do not have to have white skin to be racist. This is because evil is no respecter of persons. We all have the capacity.

It would be racist of me to think that something about being Chinese would preclude the possibility that they could be racist. That said, of the several Chinese people I know, none of them have struck me as being racist.

Anyone can be racist. Being racist means feeling superior to someone who is different from you.

a lot of chinese ppl (my chinese grandparents, for example) are very arrogant and proud. its a defining trait of chinese people, pride. so naturally, that makes some people look down on others. they look down on white ppl, black ppl, hispanics, ppl who arent chinese (esp. the japanese...see wwii, though its more hatred than bigotry).
that being said, a lot of chinese ppl are very accepting as well. its like white ppl. if you grow up in a hick town, you're probably bigoted, but if you grow up in a cosmopolitan area, or around different ppl, you're not. it all depends on one's upbringing and experiences, not on one's race.
