If money isn't a problem get one with adjustable handles. I'm only barely 5 feet tall and I find mine are a bit too high for my comfort.

I am 6'1 and had the same problem when I was looking for a pram. In the end I went with the "Childcare Hola". It has an adjustable handle height and I wald at least an hour everyday with it and it has never caused a problem for me.

It depends on whether the stroller is a jogging stroller or an umbrella. The BOB jogging stroller is supposed to be one of the best joggers for tall people.

My jogging stroller has an adjustable hight handle bar. I'm 5'3" and I can push it comfortably, when my 6'2" dad comes to visit he can adjust it to the right height for him. I've also seen extender handles for umbrella strollers. Here's the stroller I have: http://www.amazon.com/InStep-Safari-Single-Jogging-Stroller/dp/B000EI2O3Y/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=sporting-goods&qid=1198866166&sr=8-1
