64 bit video card?

i was looking for a new video card for my pc and i found a good one but it says that its 64 bit and my pc is currently 32 bit, will there be any negitive effects of this card (like not running or somthig elce)

The fact that it's 64-bit has NOTHING To do with your computer at all. Just make sure it fits into your computer and you'll be fine.
