how many voltage must be use in commercial beverage 2 glass slide door cooler?

I bougth 2 glass door beverage cooler from the market.It has 2 plugs.Then I pluged in 115 voltage outlet it's start making noise and all power is turned off.I need help fix this problem?

should be a metal tag on it some where telling the power needed and volts and amperage,

220 vac unless it is a heavy industrial unit then it will be 480 three phase.
