thank you! i couldnt find the square root key

answer is - π/3

first the all
arcsin(-√(3)/2) = - arcsin(√(3)/2) = -π/3

if you mean arcsine[-√(1.5)] no solution because sine is between -1 and 1 while √1.5 is more than one.

but if you mean arcsine[-(√3)/2] the answer is simply -60 dig or -pi/3. hope this help

Assuming you meant arcsin(-sqrt(3)/2):

sin(-60degrees) = -sqrt(3)/2

so

arcsin(-sqrt(3)/2) = -60 degrees (or pi/3radians)

There is no solution because arcsin(x) is not defined for |x| >1
