the more i think about it the more i realise how easily people have offended me. and it is this realisation that has enabled me to choose not to react when people try to insult me. It gives me an upper hand as i frustrate them further by not reacting to what they say and playing into their hands

Only when I'm right about to get my period, I get super emotional and it is very irritating. For instance, things that wouldn't usually matter can make me cry, like thinking about my dog getting old, wrapping a present for my grandma, or watching a TV show-- it's pathetic. But usually I can tell when that is happening so I just have to remind myself that my hormones are going all over the palce and I usually let people know in advance.

I try not to give reason to anyone to insult me. If they did, they would have to face the majority of tall and strong males in my family haha.
