If you are using Windows you can load up Windows Movie Maker, and import your images onto there. With that, you can create a slideshow of your images and export them into a WMV video file, which can be uploaded to Youtube.

You just go to Windows Movie Maker, make a video of pictures (you can add music if you want to) and then upload it on youtube (you can upload it on any other websites as well)
