that everyone will have an answer to, like "what's you favorite color?" just so everyone who tries to answer will be confused when they find you've blocked them?

No I've not, but it sure sounds fun. I'd do it but my own key board is down and I'm using the human sized one today. It's hard pushing this marble up atop each key to get it entering individual letters, and the space-bar is a nightmare. .

I'd be wondering for a long time why I was blocked. It would be funny, but I don't think the effort would be worth it.
