in runescape what are the party hats used for? and were do you get them. and the strenght potion is useful if non-member?

Party hats were a Christmas holiday drop back in 2001. As they are now extremely rare they fetch a very high price even though they don't actually do anything. Their usually just used to show off your money making skills.

The strength potion is the only herblore potion that members can sell to nonmembers. Its made by combining a terromin & a limpwort root in a vial of water. The potion has 3 doses ( unless combined with another one ) each dose raises your strength level temporarily which slowly returns to normal. The bonuses aren't stackable so drinking another right after the first won't have any effect.

there cost varies depending on what color the hat is, the lowest costs about 160m, while the highest goes for upwards of 500m.

strength potion you need a limpwurt root found on hobgoblins lvl28-42 and red spider eggs found in varroc sewers you need above 30 combat i recommend as for party hats they go anywhere from 23-50mil i' am a level 126 member. don't waste time with phat they don't do anything other then boost you ego lol
