Who declared today "Screw The Bunny Day"???

Nothing's going right today. I am this close *index finger and thumb about a half inch apart from each other* from going to the bell tower. It's been that crappy of a day, and it's only 12:30.

What do you do when you know, if you try one more thing to try and calm yourself down, it'll backfire and make you even madder than before?

This is when you get your bunny butt over here to California where you have a good friend who is dying to take you out for ice cream and make you laugh yourself silly.

If that isn't realistic, then you should sit down for 10 minutes and close your eyes in prayer or meditation and work on centering yourself. Remembering that you are still loved by many (including me!) that this too shall pass and that maybe its time to call it a day.
Days like that are kinda "do over" days. It will look better in the morning.

But, darn it, I want you HERE so we can blow off some steam!!

When I first started reading your question I thought "wow lucky bunny"....but then I read the rest. I'm sorry, must be something in the air because I've seen other posts with similar feelings. One thing that used to help me sometimes was just go out for a drive. Turn up the radio full blast and just gooooooo!!! ( I used to do this with some smokes and beer, but I highly discourage that now)

Getting away from it all, at least for a few moments, is good. Hope this helps..........and to all you other posts too having crappy days. Take it easy. Best of luck to all.

You go to the tower duh! Always makes me feel better. No, but I do go out and blow off a few rounds(and you can take that however your little bunny heart desires). And it is definitely NOT "Screw the Bunny Day" because I did not authorize it and nobody gets screwed without permission. (Again take that however you want) Now maybe you can twitch that little bunny nose get a blood lust gleam in your little bunny eye and go bite the s**t out of the next persons ankle that walks by.

i'm uncertain what TD is yet once you tell me i could like to respond to :) BQ: Yep. i'm vacationing seven hours north to flow decrease back to my mom's homestead. i've got been with my dad all summer time long. i'm great excited to work out my cat! -- The sea coast is often relaxing! It nevertheless warm sufficient too. Down right here we are nevertheless having days interior the ninety's! Edit: Oh! Thumbs Down! (sorry i could desire to income the lingo).. confident! somebody is TDing each and every thing! For like the previous 3 days that's been a war!

Aww Doc, I'm sorry to hear this.
I do have a suggestion,...let go.
Sit down, relax, find something to watch on tv, that will make you laugh and try to re-focus.
Letting go will restrengthen you because your not trying so hard.

I like kicking things - preferrably the behinds of the people who have been annoying me.

When that isn't an option.. sit in the car with the radio as loud as you can stand it. Sing at the top of your lungs to Queen's "Fat Bottom Girls" until you feel better!

I try to work through it. I'll actually concentrate on whatever needs to be done and screw everybody else.
