So the Hobbit is finally going to be made into a film. Currently I am too busy to be able to read the book, so I was wondering what are some major action sequences in the novel that would look spectacular on the big screen?

1) The Battle of Five Armies at the end of the book.

2) Bilbo confronting Smaug.

3) Bilbo's fight with the spiders in Mirkwood Forest.

4) The scene where the party has been treed by Wargs (intelligent evil wolves allied with the goblins) and they're rescued by the eagles.

5) Smaug attacking Lake-Town.

To get an idea for how those scenes fit in, you really should read the book. Compared to the Lord of the Rings books, The Hobbit is a very short and very easy read. Have fun and hope that helps!

I would think that the scenes that would be the greatest in The Hobbit film is when Bilbo faces Gollum, regarding the ring - :) Kinda like a 'showdown' to see how takes possession of it, although we already know who did - lol.

1. Go to: "Research your answer" on your question page. 2. Type in: The Hobbit/Notes? 3. Go to: #2. It has everything you need.
