Just about any way they can be made.
When I was dirt poor, in college, I really grossed out my wife by making a pea sandwich. Heat up canned peas and then put them on buttered bread.
But my favorite is braised asparagus with Hollandaise sauce.

Well, I prefer my vegetables to be cooked, b/c cold and raw just doesnt do it for me. I love every vegetable there is except carrots and pumpkins.

Raw and delicious. Steaming/frying/cooking takes out the nutrients and makes them mushy. Raw is healthiest. And easiest.
