The things I need these plug-ins to do is:
1. Hopefully download things faster(I have high-speed internet, but could always use the extra help)
2. Be able to listen to music on ANY site, not just spacific sites.
Do you guys have names for those types of plug ins? If so, what link can I get them at? Thanks a bunch! :)

This is not really a plugin, but it achieves the result of a speed increase. Turn off phishing filter right click properties then advanced then click turn off phishing filter then apply then ok.

And the answer to the second one is probably your IE 7 security settings. Sorry I could not find much for the second answer.
