PSP > GP2X > Zodiac

The PSP obviously has more commercial quality games on top of having the ability to run emulators, albeit a little difficult for most.

The GP2X/F200 has no commercial quality games but some decent games in their own right but makes running emulators and other media types a breeze. The new version also has a touch screen I believe which is always fun.

The Zodiac... man that's just kind of old.
