If they have been deleted from the Recycle Bin, you can try a file recovery program like this one: http://www.snapfiles.com/reviews/Restoration/restoration.html

Chances are that if a program such as this one cannot "undelete" your files they can be recovered.

No, there is not. But in the future save the files to a downloads folder you can make. Or save it somewhere else. Also try Netscape it is very good and saves it to your desktop. Try it at http://browser.netscape.com

Use restore system:
1-when the windows started click"start.
2-click programs.
3-click"accessories.
4-system tools.
5-system restore.
6-choose(restore my computer to an earlier time)and next.
7-choose the time which you want your windows to be restored.
8-next.
9-the computer will restart automatically after two minutes.
10-the windows sittings,folders and its programs which you delete it well be restored.

If you haven't rebooted your computer yet. You may be able to go to the folder and press Ctrl+Z.
