I have the IUD I hate it i spot everyday! This has been going on for about 4 months now! Though I can't take pills I forget and I really wasn't to satisfied with the patch. Also if you decide to take the shot it's going to be the same thing I was on the shot and I spotted everyday. Also I heard about a new one that goes in your arm not sure what it's called but ask your ob/gym

Your blood count means that you're fighting some sort of infection. Its possible that the IUD nicked your uterine wall and it became infected.
you need to go back to your doctor and get more information. You're PAYING him to do you a service, he's not caring for you out of the kindness of his heart. He is OBLIGATED BY LAW to explain to you your conditions or needed procedures until you understand them.
Just because he says things quick and then leaves, doesnt mean you have to walk away, tell him you need answers.
Call the office and ask what your particular situation is.

An IUD can cause infection, scars, bleeding, pain etc. It also does not prevent pregnacy. It prevents implantation. Hormonal BC causes it's own set of problems, including abortion, should you become pregnant.
Exactly how old are you? You're posting in the adolescent section. From your grammar, I'd say your young. Are you married? If not, you shouldn't be having sex.
