I think I may have pulled something the other night while turning over in bed and I have had an achy/pulled muscle pain in my lower abdomen and I was curious if anyone else had anything similar to this while pregnant?

Yes I pulled a muscle in my side while pregnant. I too was rolling over in bed. You can take tylenol for the pain if its bad (though I do suggest talking to your doctor to be safe and confirm nothing else is going on) If it is in fact a pulled muscle then it will take a couple weeks for the pain to go away. Good luck and stay safe :)

That EXACT thing happened to me last night (and had happened a couple times before I knew I was pregnant), but I asked my friend who's further along and she said that's the ligaments stretching and it's normal. For me, it went away within a few minutes, but it freaked me out last night and I cried thinking something went wrong. Hope this helps!

Obviously I've never been pregnant but I feel for you. OUCH!
There is no getting away from it. If it's any consolation the baby will be OK but see the doctor or nurse they may be able to ease the discomfort

All day yesterday I felt like I had pulled a muscle. It hurt SOO bad! But, I woke up this morning and it was gone!

Chances are you didn't pull anything, the muscles stretch and expand all on their own. I have had days that I was so sore I could hardly move.

I went bowlong once and had the same problem. The chances are it caused from just the baby growing. when it happened to me I was about 6 months. don't worry. it'll be o.k. just take it easy for a few days. by the way its a boy....
