From a newbie ...
This section is "Travel>Asia Pacific>Philippines" and I simply assumed that posts here would be related to travels to/from the Philippines. Based on what I have been reading though, the posts have been on any issue imaginable under the sun.
This is merely an observation from a newbie. I just want to be clarified on what can be and/or what cannot be posted in this section. I would like to avoid a future sanction or penalty from the Community leaders.

This is not just a Travel thingy section, this is like a mini Yahoo Answers for Filipinos, all in one!
Various questions under other categories can be asked here. Like from Polls & Surveys, Geography, and Languages. You can ask polls here that only Filipinos know or that are only for Filipinos. Geography for directions, time difference, and traveling the country, and Languages for translating English to Tagalog and vice versa...and the list goes on and on!
Overall, YAP is fun =)

I thought it was travel from those places too! Maybe it is just like...pretend i am totally unfamiliar with Asia
I am traveling to Asia. I was curious what is the main food they eat in Asia? If you have any other advice that would really help!

The categories are pretty loose on Yahoo. The staff pretty much has time to deal with obscenity and that about it. There are a lot of posters who are just here to play too. They talk about cleaning things up, but I don't see it happening.
