they just can't be happy, it is like they must destroy love no matter the cost, then they blame the man and select another victim and even well into their 50's they still have not recognized this destructive behavior, every man morphed into a jerk, hmmmmm, perhaps a look inward would be wise at some point ladies

I think it's mostly the humiliation of being cheated on. I am not sure the relationship could survive----well I Know it Couldn't. I could forgive but I would break up. Once, shame on him, twice, shame on Me. But I could still trust another man. I guess it takes an unforgiving person who generalizes.

One word answer, JEALOUSY.
Jealousy will make people hate one another , and if they are extremely jealous , not just a little bit, it can lead to some serious things, as we all know.
If you know someone who is extremely jealous, I would politely as I could stay away from them.

When they fail to realize that there are men out there that wont mistreat them, cheat on them, lie to them, abuse them, etc..and they lose hope in finding someone decent, kind, and loving.

This is a turn off for women, then they man hate......
