What does the -- mean ese on the stick for pregnat test?

I do not know which pregnancy test was used, so it is impossible to know what that means for that test. Each test is different, with different types of indicators of pregnancy or lack of pregnancy.

Read the instructions in the box and see what it says you need to look for on a positive or negative results. That is the best advice I could provide or anyone else here for that matter. Reread the insert and see what it says.

Sir, you've asked pregnancy questions before. I really don't know why you would be asking all of these questions, you're a male. Aren't you? I suggest you to research answers for yourself.

Not pregnant but you didn't have to ask it here it most probably already had a manual which would have told you that=)
