No way.
#1- that 49ers pick has already fallen to about #8 overall, still good; but only McFadden, Dorsey, or one of the Longs could make immediate impact for NE next year - and they will be gone by pick #5
#2- the defense - particularly linebackers already look old and tired - they're running on adrenaline now and it may get them through the super bowl (or maybe not) - but they have multiple needs on the defensive side of the ball.
#3 - most important - I highly doubt Randy Moss will be back (especially if they win the Super Bowl - if they do not, then they did not go undefeated THIS year). Moss only has a one year deal, and he won't play for bargain basement money again. He's has a great thing going in NE, and IMO would be great for his career if he stays with Brady - but some foolish team will give him crazy money even though they don't have the arms to keep him happy.
Without Moss, they have ZERO chance of doing this again.

No, want to know why? > They have 9 major contracts expiring (including Randy Moss) and several players due to retire. > They play the Chargers and the Colts on the road. There's 2 losses, and if my math is right, 2 losses won't give you an undefeated season. The Super Bowl doesn't count? Quit making excuses. You guys choked in the biggest game of their careers. Since when does the Super Bowl not count? You are a disgrace to the true Patriots fans.

If they get a LB like Connor or Laurinaitis, he has to learn the complicated defensive scheme. Their 1st round pick won't have an immediate impact.
Besides that and assuming they re-sign Randy Moss, there's not much to improve for the Pats. That doesn't mean they won't win a Super Bowl, but other teams will know them by then.
If you look at this season, they started routing their opponents in the 1st half...and after that they struggled to win some games.

Tom Brady is a class act who took a paycut so that the Patriots could pursue deals with other players.
If Moss and Samuel learn from Brady's leadership and decide to take a small paycut to stay in a winning franchise, they will have a great chance of sweeping next year's schedule as well.

Not gonna happen. I don't even see them making to the Super Bowl. They didn't play very well against the Jets in the cold. Home field advantage is not gonna be an advantage for the Pats this year.

They haven't gone undefeated this year yet so isn't it a little too early to ask about going undefeated next year. Beat the Giants first & win the Super Bowl, if they make it there, before getting a little too cocky.

I never thought they would do it this season, Im still enjoying this one I'll wait for next season to make predictions.
BTW - They wont keep both Samuel and Moss, and they will have some players retire, so who knows what next season will be like.

Umm God can be the only one to stop us!! Have my word bro.
truthbet I agree with you. Brady is unselfish. He doesn't play for the money like Manning and then blames his team for his unsuccess!!!

Everyone else will be getting better, instead of staying exactly the same like the Pats.
