I hate lime wire. Yeah, and it does have viruses!

Limewire should not be used mainly because of all the tracking viruses and all those bad programs that come with it. As for the music into the mp4, use the USB cable. Once your computer recognizes the mp4, it's just a matter of drag and drop from the music folder into the mp4 folder (should be in My Computer if you're using Windows, and on the desktop on OSX)

what you gotta do is drag the songs from limeiwre to ur mp3 program/playlist and the download it to ur player.
