I had a different answer about dangerous jobs (forest firefighters) but your first answerer is absolutely correct about stress and motherhood. I am a grandfather and I get stressed when I'm in charge of the little ones when the mothers all go shopping together. THAT IS STRESS! I'd rather be in charge of adults that know what they are doing fighting fires.

Human Resources.
Humans are unpredictable. When a good HR person begins to try and make sense of a situation for one human or between two humans, stress can build up very quickly.
Source: 45 years in the HR business.
You should be asking instead: What do I really enjoy doing in life? When one picks a job that is enjoyable, you'll never have stress because you LOVE and ENJOY doing it. So you ACCEPT anything the job bring to you.
I LOVE and ENJOY working with people. I think it's a gift that God gave me and I used it for over 45 years. Loved every minute of it. People would ask me "how can you put up with that? Doesn't that stress you out?" I'd say NO. I find humans interesting, enjoyable and "new opportunities to resolve". Bring'em on!
Several of my co-workers would take therapy, pills to just make it from 9 to 5! I'd get a kick of seeing them stressed out. So I used to advice them: go sell pots and pans, go sell cars or go deliver newspapers. Those jobs have less stress.

Actually, stress in and of itself is not a negative thing, it's part of life and makes things interesting, but stress is also an individually-perceived experience. What's very stressful to one person is not so much to another, or may even make them feel good, energized. I am a mother of two and love my kids like crazy but would NOT be a happy stay-at-home mom.
However, the lady who took care of them when they were little is a born mom and caregiver, she is relaxed and pleasant even when there's kiddy-chaos in the house, she finds it fulfilling and rarely gets stressed over it, whereas I would be a nut case. So stress is really an individual thing.

You know it's motherhood.
Of course any answers are opinion b/c no one has had every job in the world but even if they did it would still be a matter of opinion.
That being said I stick by my answer of motherhood.
Especially Stay At Home Motherhood.
There is no pay check to look forward to, no (monetary) bonuses, no breaks, no adult conversation, no vaction, no clocking out. I have to do all the grunt work ( wiping poo bottoms, wiping snotty noses, cleaning up messes, washing dishes). I have to bathe, groom , dress, entertain and impress my "bosses" who are subject to whining, pouting, and fits if they don't get their way or don't like my "presentation". They have no idea what tact is and will say mean things. And that is all in the first 30 minutes of my work day. *SIGH*
