careful and concientious in certain situations actually mean that we are mainly careless with our actions and words?

1. I don't think of my question as a contradiction. I do however think of the answer to be more of your way to make it a contradiction rather than thinking of an answer.
2. The picture is a picture depicting pain that I found related to bipolar illness... hence the mommymanic name.

Is that a roundabout way of contradicting yourself?
There may be people who are careless with their actions and words as a matter of fact , such as adolescents who are self engrossed and some mentally challenged adults (drunk, or under the influence of other chemicals) but overall, a sane adult does not have to be reminded to think before they open their mouths.

I believe everybody knows not to put their foot in their mouth.
