Zelda is driving me nuts.?

Question

I'm talking about the Phantom Hourglass on Nintendo DS.

I've found the three little fairy things and they've helped me find the pirate ship in the fog. I've got down to B3 where there is a girl hiding in a barrel.

There are 5 swithches and a plaque which says order 2 4 5 1 3

I've tried pulling the switches in this order ( and many more ) but I'm not having any luck.

Does anyone know what the crack is??

Lets say these are the switches...

1 2 3 4 5

Now there's 2 ways of pulling the switches given the sign "2 4 5 1 3"

You can either assume it's telling you to pull number 2 then number 4 then number 5 then number 1 and finally number 3, but what you're actually supposed to do is pull number 4 (1) then number 1 (2) then number 5 (3) then number 2 (4) then finally number 3 (5).

Correct order and number switch.
1 2 3 4 5
4 1 5 2 3

Have you tried this order:

4 1 5 2 3

This order worked for me when I was playing it.

I found this walkthrough which will hopefully help you. I havent looked into it too much as I got Zelda for xmas and dont want to spoil it for myself! Good luck
