they do not just talk, but YELL everything they say to you
my kids grandpa is here and my head is about to explode, he is SO LOUD!!!!!!! I am in the other room and it is still like he is screaming into my ear

Oh yeah!
I used to know this guy whose voice normally was that kind that was over everyone else. Bugged the dickens out of me, but that is just the way he was and you couldn't really have a reasonably quiet conversation because he was so danged loud.
And it wasn't like the Billy Mays guy type voice, actually more of a bass.

My coworker! We share an office wall and I can hear her like she is in my office. She loves to conduct conference calls on speaker and yells into the phone with everyone. She's got a "bar" voice too, it's raspy and deep....she's not very nice either.

I've been told on a number of occasions that I talk really loud- haha... maybe because I'm used to shouting in a noisy kitchen.

Yes,my ex sister in law.She even splits on people when she's talking! I always have to remind her that I'm not across the street.Too loud!!!

Yeah this guy at work literally screams everything he says. I'd go deaf if I had to be around him all the time.

Get a little kid to ask him "why are you shouting?!?" My daughter asked someone's uncle that question and he lowered his volume for a few minutes. Think it's because they are hard of hearing. I whisper to loud talkers. It forces them to lower the damn volume.
