Yes. One gift of mine I received twice from two different people. I returned the one from my husband. I didn't want to hurt the feeling of the other person.
I returned a present I bought for someone. They mentioned a biography that was out. I took the hint that they were interested in reading it and I was wrong. I'd rather someone have something they liked then it go in a landfill. I'm okay with returning gifts that I buy someone else that are useless.
I received a gift in a grab gift exchange which was actually bought specifically for someone who was in the exchange rather then a generic gift everyone would appreciate. It was really useless.

Not this year, but one year I took some jeans back to exchange them for the correct size. They were on sale and I ended up getting two pairs for about an extra $5- SWEET!

The only items we need to return are some baby clothing. Me, my hubby and Mom bought our son a few of the exact same outfits. Also.. we did an online order for a jersey.. it came damaged so we need to return it. They already sent the replacement. Best Wishes!

I only have to take back one thing. A friend got me an extension pack to Apples To Apples(an awesome party game if you've never heard of it). Unfortunately I already had it. Even though I don't have a receipt, I can take it back to Wal-Mart. They let you return anything, sometimes even things that they don't sell!

I don't have to, but what am I going to do with a Toaster/Coffee Maker/Griddle all in 1 machine? Isn't that a fire hazard?? But, my dad tries. and I have to keep it for that reason.

My husband lost his mind and bought me some disgusting perfume that smells like something his mom or grandma would wear. I haven't taken it back but I am making him do it.
