They did the best they could, it would be very hard to know your tastes if they live in a different state. I would TRY to return them, if you know the store they got them from...people do it all the time after Christmas with gifts they don't care for. Hopefully you have already thanked them, if not, send them a thank-you note (paper is best but email is OK too). Don't talk a lot about the gifts themselves, just say how much you appreciate them thinking of you.
If you have a pretty close relationship with them or at least feel comfortable telling them the truth (you don't really care for these items), choose your words carefully (don't say "I hate them" or "I think they're ugly" or "I'd never be caught dead in public with these" but rather "they're not really my taste" or "they don't really go with my clothes and accessories, but I appreciate the gift so much" and see if they'll tell you where they bought them so you can return or exchange for something you really want.
Someone who truly cares for you wants you to be pleased with the gift so they should not take offense as long as you're careful with their feelings and thank them sincerely.

Did it come with a gift receipt? If so, then you could go to the store and just exchange it or return it. If not, then you should call up your aunt and uncle and tell them nicely that you didn't really like the gift they gave to you, and ask them if they could possibly exchange it. Hope this helps!

Just keep them or give them to a friend. Or you can just tell your Aunt and Uncle you don't like the watch and purse and ask them to return them for you. Trust me, they'll understand.

If you have any siblings you can let them have the gifts or let a friend have it but send a thank you card to your aunt and uncle because they worked their hardest on trying to buy a gift that you would like

Ebay is good, or just keep it. They might ask you about it next time they see you so you should keep it.
