my mp3 is acting strange lately. it has been running out of battery so quick and also all of my songs are now labled either unknown or just blank and it never did that. i also haven't downloaded anything so i don't know why it's doing that. any suggestion?

Try entering the song informations again. If it still gets lost, try scanning for viruses. If you don't find anything, then maybe you have some problems with unplugging the device from the comp. and tends to lose the info. As for the battery, try using rechargeable batteries.

if u bought it recently return it...because through mp3 players its hard to fix these sorts of problems other than an ipod where u just reset it straight from the device :s...or if u cant return it just get an ipod nano 3g 4gb for $154+tax=$173 at most

my mp3 player was acting similar, like... most of the songs showed up blank and the ones that didnt, the names were chinese. so i went to settings and i went to format and it deleted everything which sucked but i put everything back on and now its back to normal....
