Yes. I use to say it to the kids when they were little. Now, if I said it to them, they would look at me like, "What?" lol
My 10 year old would go into a rather lengthy discussion about why a bird couldn't just tell me anything!!! lmao

I knew a woman that would always say that. I always felt like saying yea right. The woman is now dead. And I no longer have to hear it. I don't say it. It reminds me of her. And I didn't like her.

I have never used that phrase at all. I havent heard many people use that phrase too.
I say, 'Me antaryami hoon. Mujhe sab pata hai!'
The sentence is in hindi!
