Absolutely wrong. He said Donovan McNabb was overrated after the Philadelphia Eagles started 0-2 and that the media was kissing McNabb's rear at the beginning of the '03 NFL football season.
McNabb, as the only star on that team, led the Eagles to the NFC Championship for the 3rd year in a row.
Limbaugh ignores facts. Facts get in the way of his thoughts.

Love him or hate him, he's got an incredible memory and an incredible research staff.
Of course, he has his perspective. He's no friend of liberal values and initiatives, but he backs that up with facts and historical precedent.
Furthermore, he HAS actually been monitored by his detractors and he HAS been shown to be factually right something like 93% of the time.
As for Chi's comment about phony soldiers, good try. He was right in his comments and it had nothing to do with soldiers who disagree with him. If Chi really did listen to Rush as he professes, he'd know that. Obviously he doesn't. The entire transcript is available to anyone who wants to read it. Question is, would these folks really understand what they're reading? No insult intended, but folks do tend to read into something what ever it is they're looking for.

Usually right, but will admit when he is wrong as soon as he finds out about it, I've heard him do it. Much better than the Dan Rather's and Chi Guys of the world who get a story wrong and then wonder around spewing it without realizing how dumb it makes them look.

C**-guy is playing the demagogue again..the submitted quote is not the exact statement..characterized and wrongly projected here..
it is typical union-liberal characterization of the truth..coming from a Move-on.org plant .
.who has ordered their people to pretend to be phony soldiers wherever they can..and oppose the war to advance the Anti-Bush agenda..those are the soldiers Rush referenced...
that somebody has on his profile his military service as the first thing referenced..
wow doesn't that add to his credibility?
they also outlined a strategy where Candidates should reflect their religious foundations too..
hence we see Hillary the Christian..Obama the Christian...
and Soros the benefactor and Puppeteer
..

His facts are more right than wrong (and way more right than left). Like most people with a radical agenda, the problem is not so much that he spouts a lot of incorrect facts, but he picks and chooses which facts to present in order to bolster his case. This is not just the case with right-wingers like Rush. Michael Moore does the same thing with his socialistic documentaries.

He is more often wrong than right.
He was wrong when he called every soldier that disagreed with the Iraq war a "phony soldier". Neo-cons took the edited transcript from that comment and let the spin begin.
I used to listen to Rush. He would take a half truth and twist it so quickly that you had to be sharp to keep track with it.
