It depends on what the "something" is... you could be talking about one thing. That one thing could be different from something and the same as something else. And so I guess one answer could be "nothing".
Another could be "everything"...

i guess that sentence need to have another one before it, which refers to something else. This sentence then compares whatever you're talking about to the previous "something", whether its the same or different in comparison to that...
