Put plant pots in the bathtub and sink. Fill the tub/sink with water up to the rim of the container. Keep pots/containers close together. Ensure there is an adequate light source Make sure there is adequate drainage in pots. They should be fine.

Check a garden store. They have wicks used for watering plants. You put a container with water in it next to the plant and drape the wick from the water container into the plant container.

well, if they are on the balcony, the rain should help. Are there any neighbors that you trust enough to water them for you?
