i am so bored at work today. what should i do to motivate myself?

Focus on where you want to be in life and what you want to be doing/achiving instead! Read books like "What Color Is Your Parachute" and "Seven Habits of Effective People". You need to motivate yourself from within doing so will last the longest.

Just having steady employment in this job market should be motivation enough. Think about where you and your family would be if this position were suddenly not available to you. That oughtta put a fresh spin on it.

I go to shopping sites to look for bargains or to HGTV or Martha Stewart and get ideas for home. I might enter all the contests at Womans Day or play around on Yahoo Answers for awhile.

It Friday.....
so make a list of things you'd like to do this weekend, maybe plan on going to see a movie, email couple friends to see if they'd be interested...........
text some1 or email someone that u haven't talked to in a while
organize your desk
hmm what else..........what's in your purse? try to go through your purse and clean out all the junk that u don't need
