The Simpsons Game?

On the level with the planets and solar system and stuff, how do I get on top of the UFO to complete the mission? It's really pissing me off!!!!!!

Homer has to turn on the air blower so Bart can use it to jump and Batglide to the space shuttle. Bart can then jump a couple of planets and get to a platform with a switch that lowers a ladder for Homer to get up. You should be able to figure it out from that point.
